Aaron Gomez – Co-owner, The Gold Concept
As a Downtown business owner and member of SLO U40, Gomez provides insight on how a vibrant Downtown relates to the local economy, environment and local housing market.

Christine Theodoropoulos – Dean, Cal Poly College of Architecture & Environmental Design
Dean Theodoropoulos not only helps students learn about responsible design but as a Downtown resident, she embraces the urban lifestyle that is alive in Downtown SLO.

Derek Johnson – Assistant City Manager, City of San Luis Obispo
Mr. Johnson represents City Management’s collaborative efforts with local businesses to foster a successful urban core that is safe and inviting for residents and guests alike.

Mark Rawson – Architect, Copeland Properties
Many of Mr. Rawson’s projects are Downtown fixtures.  Over the years, his projects have blended mixed-use and design aesthetics to foster economic opportunity in Downtown SLO.
