Steps to Participate in Farmers’ Market

  1. Read FAQs and Rules and Regulations
  2. File e-plan with ASI Facility Scheduling
  3. Download Application
  4. Complete application but do not sign
  5. Submit unsigned application to ASI Facility Scheduling
  6. Once application has been signed, submit to Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market
  7. Event Coordinator in person or via email/fax/mail
  8. New applicants will be brought before the TNP Committee for approval
  9. Applicant will be informed of application status and will complete online profile if approved
  10. TNP Event Coordinator will then invoice applicant for approved dates
  11. Payment is due ASAP-receipt and confirmation to participate will be supplied upon receipt of payment
  12. Educate your staff/representatives on market rules and regulations
  13. Promote your presence at the market
  14. Attend Market!

  3. Once application has been signed, submit to Event Coordinator in person or via email/fax/mail
  4. New applicants will be brought before the TNP Committee for approval
  5. TNP Event Coordinator will then invoice applicant for approved dates
  6. Payment is due ASAP-receipt and permit to participate will be supplied upon receipt of payment
  7. Educate your staff/representatives on market rules and regulations
  8. Promote your presence at the market
  9. Attend Market!

  3. Once application has been signed, submit to Event Coordinator in person or via email/fax/mail
  4. New applicants will be brought before the TNP Committee for approval
  5. TNP Event Coordinator will then invoice applicant for approved dates
  6. Payment is due ASAP-receipt and permit to participate will be supplied upon receipt of payment

  1. Complete application but do not sign
  2. Program Coordinators need to complete a “blue form” for zero dollars which includes the application as backup to Susan Stobb
  3. The application and blue form will be processed, signed and sent to the TNP Event Coordinator.
  4. Once application has been signed, submit to Event Coordinator in person or via email/fax/mail
  5. New applicants will be brought before the TNP Committee for approval
  6. TNP Event Coordinator will then invoice applicant for approved dates
  7. Payment is due ASAP-receipt and permit to participate will be supplied upon receipt of payment

  9. Promote your presence at the market
  10. Attend Market!

  4. Click here to apply for Downtown SLO Farmers’ Market/Request dates
  5. Application will be reviewed by Thursday Night Promotions Committee
  6. Check the “My Markets” tab of your ManageMyMarket profile to check your approval status
  7. If approved, you will receive an email notification
  8. Upload required documents in “Licenses” tab
  9. Educate your staff/representatives on market rules and regulations
  10. Receive invoice for upcoming dates
  11. Make payment in “Account” tab
  12. Promote your presence at the market
  13. Attend Market!
