Join SLO County Arts in partnership with the City of SLO's Public Arts team for our FINAL free art lecture of the 2025 year featuring conceptual artist Charlie Rugg.
Based in San Luis Obispo, California, Rugg specializes in abstract and figurative oil painting. His work explores the collective nature of human experience, emphasizing the interplay between shifting perspectives and the creation of new meeting.
