Our team has eagerly been awaiting the opportunity to partner with award-winning wineries on the Central Coast.
Paul Lato Wines is owned by winemaker Paul Lato, a Polish-born, professionally trained sommelier who founded his eponymous label on the Central Coast in 2002. Sourcing grapes from esteemed vineyards throughout California, Lato uses an artisanal, intuitive approach in the cellar to craft an array of small-lot wines. Renowned by critics and tastemakers alike, Lato’s wines are widely recognized for being balanced, structured, and the perfect complement to food.
With expert care our Executive Chef builds a five-course menu designed to bring out the most in five different Paul Lato selections - ultimately creating an unforgettable wine and cuisine tasting experience.
A representative from the winery will walk you through each wine and further explain the background, philosophy and vision of their world-class winemaking approach.
The dinner will be hosted on our light and airy Mission Fig Terrace, to allow for a safe and socially distanced event.
