Hotel SLO’s Piadina will host a festive Christmas Buffet curated by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his culinary team. The menu features a lavish spread of delectable dishes, including Whole Roasted Filet Mignon with Talley Vineyards Syrah Jus, Duck Leg Confit with orange zest and duck jus, and King Salmon Filet with cucumber, dill, and lemon tzatziki, among many other delights. There will also be a Brick Oven Pizza Station and Holiday Dessert Boards, featuring indulgent treats like pumpkin cheesecakes, French macarons, and chocolate Bavarians.
