All week at Region SLO we will be showcasing three producers that participate in the Garagiste Festival. The Garagiste Wine Festival is the first and only wine festival dedicated to the American artisan ‘garagiste’ producers who are making some of the best small-lot production wines in the world. Join us for exclusive time with the Copia Team as they showcase a glass of their 2019 “The Story” Grenache alongside a bowl of Warm Winter Beef Chili with Sharp White Cheddar and Cornbread by Wren.
