An intimate cocktail workshop celebrating the drinks that define the evening. Art of the Nightcap is a small-group class led by Nightcap’s expert bar team, designed to demystify classic cocktails while sharing the craft, history, and subtle details that turn a good drink into a great one.
Each one-hour session traces a cocktail from its classic roots to Nightcap’s elevated take. Guests will enjoy a guided demonstration, taste components along the way, and end the class with the finished Nightcap creation in hand.
On September 30, guests will break down the Negroni and its classic equal-parts structure, learning how gin, vermouth, and bitter aperitivo come together to create one of the most recognizable cocktails in the world. From there, the experience takes a more technical turn. Guests will be introduced to the process of clarification transforming the Negroni into something silky, refined, and unexpectedly bright. By working through the fundamentals of milk clarification, you’ll see how texture, clarity, and flavor can be reimagined without losing the essence of the original.
Hosted in Nightcap’s speakeasy-like lounge, this is part class, part happy hour—perfect for cocktail lovers and curious beginners alike.
