An intimate cocktail workshop celebrating the drinks that define the evening. Art of the Nightcap is a small-group class led by Nightcap’s expert bar team, designed to demystify classic cocktails while sharing the craft, history, and subtle details that turn a good drink into a great one.
Each one-hour session traces a cocktail from its classic roots to Nightcap’s elevated take. Guests will enjoy a guided demonstration, taste components along the way, and end the class with the finished Nightcap creation in hand.
On June 23, explore the Old Fashioned—often regarded as the original cocktail and a cornerstone of modern bartending. This session focuses on spirit-forward drinks, exploring how subtle shifts in sugar, bitters, and technique can shape the final result. After building a classic-style Old Fashioned, we shift into interpretation. Enter Sleight of Hand— Nightcap special. Rich, layered, and unexpectedly complex, it reimagines the Old Fashioned’s structure through texture, aromatics, and depth of flavor.
Hosted in Nightcap’s speakeasy-like lounge, this is part class, part happy hour—perfect for cocktail lovers and curious beginners alike.
