Back for another round 🍸 The Art of the Nightcap returns May 27th.
Nightcap's intimate cocktail workshop series explores the craft behind the classics. This session: The Sidecar—the cocktail that set the standard. Guests will explore its signature balance of citrus and spirit, then follow its evolution into the Lemon Drop, a brighter, more modern interpretation. Guided by our bar team, you’ll learn essential techniques while crafting both a Lemon Drop and a Nightcap special—understanding how small shifts in ingredients and approach can transform a classic into something entirely new.
