Back for another round 🍸 The Art of the Nightcap returns April 29th.
Nightcap's intimate cocktail workshop series explores the craft behind the classics. This session: Sours—a category defined by its signature egg-white foam. From the Whiskey Sour to the Clover Club, our bartenders will take you through the techniques behind that perfect velvety finish.
