More About El Lugar Wines:
Coby Parker-Garcia, born and raised in San Luis Obispo, fell in love with the wine industry while interning with a local winery in 2002. From that harvest on, he knew his passion was wine, but in particular, Pinot Noir. In 2006 Coby met his wife Katie Noonan, while she was working at a neighboring winery. They had a combined passion for good wines and dreamed of starting a brand that focused on high quality Pinot Noir sourced from their favorite vineyards throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
