The Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) and the Cal Poly Mustang Shop will soon have a new home. Cal Poly Partners has entered a long-term lease at 1144 Chorro street a large downtown San Luis Obispo space that will offer expanded space and updated infrastructure. The move marks a significant investment by Cal Poly Partners in the local community and a major effort to promote economic development in San Luis Obispo. Tenant improvements are underway with a scheduled Winter 2026 move-in.
