This fountain sculpture grouping resides in Mission Plaza in front of Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Tequski Wa Suwa (Child & Bear), Qiqsmu (Bear Cubs), and Yach Ka (Steelhead Trout) give voice to the Chumash and wildlife that instilled this valley with the rhythms of spirit and love before the influx of European culture.
