Our office has been involved with bankruptcy and state court matters on behalf of debtors, creditors and trustees since October, 1985. These matters have included representing:

• Corporate and individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 proceedings
• Corporate, partnership, and individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings
• Individual debtors in Chapter 13 cases

At this time we have successfully concluded in excess of two thousand bankruptcy cases. We have represented parties in all aspects of a bankruptcy case, including filing petitions, completing requirements of the Office of the United States Trustee, filing a wide variety of motions required by debtors and creditors, conducting adversary proceedings, objecting to claims and preparing and filing disclosure statements and plans on re-organizations, obtaining confirmation and working out settlements with creditors.
