Join us on October 28th at 11 a.m. in Mission Plaza to support survivors and raise awareness of sexual & intimate partner violence in our community in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM). "Walk for Survivors" through downtown SLO to show your support and advocate for ending violence in our community. Attend solo with family and friends, or create a team and join us as we proudly walk through downtown! Walk registration is $25. The event includes a maker's market and resource fair, a costume contest for children & "most spirited team," prizes, and plenty of family-friendly activities. We encourage you to walk with a team of friends & family while supporting those impacted by sexual and intimate partner violence in San Luis Obispo.
