Michelin Star Ox + Anchor presents a special Winemaker Dinner celebrating acclaimed vintner Bob Cabral. Chef Ryan Fancher will host a six-course tasting menu highlighting Central Coast ingredients, each course thoughtfully paired with selections from Cabral’s wines. The evening begins with a canapé of crispy bacon and goat cheese croquettes paired with Rosé of Pinot, followed by dishes including Dungeness crab with caviar, sesame-crusted bluefin tuna with shrimp dumpling and dashi, pork tenderloin “saltimbocca,” and crispy Snake River Farms Wagyu short rib. The dinner concludes with a pineapple and almond frangipane brûlée dessert paired with late harvest Riesling.

Guests can also extend the experience with an exclusive overnight rate at Hotel San Luis Obispo for the evening of the dinner.
