Join us Thursday, May 29th during the Farmers Market for a special evening with Dreamcôte Wines.

Dreamcôte Wine Co. was founded in 2012 by a trailblazing duo who kicked things off with a single ton of Riesling—crafted in a bright, off-dry style meant to pair perfectly with bold, spicy Thai flavors. Today, Dreamcôte has grown into a creative collaboration between Ryan and Brit Zotovich, now producing around 1,000 cases of wine and hard cider annually.

Known for their experimental edge, Dreamcôte explores winemaking well outside the box—using carbonic fermentation with varietals like Pinot Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Franc, and soon, Gamay. They craft undisgorged pét-nats, bottle-fermented ciders infused with fruits, hops, and herbs grown on their Ballard farm—all reflecting their boundary-pushing spirit.

Based entirely in Santa Barbara County, Dreamcôte sources grapes from vineyards stretching from Lompoc’s Sta. Rita Hills to Santa Ynez’s Happy Canyon. They employ old-world fermentation methods with a playful, modern twist, resulting in vibrant, fruit-driven, lower-alcohol wines. Their minimal use of sulfur allows for fresh, clean expressions of the vineyards and nature itself—always with an eye toward intentionality and balance.

Expect the unexpected—and maybe find your new favorite bottle.
