Want to host your event at the Market?

The Market is a great place to host your event! Gain access to thousands of market visitors and have dedicated marketing and promotion done on your behalf! 

Event space can accommodate over 20 vendor booths, live entertainment, and thousands of customers. 

Events must be free to the public. 

We have two streets available to host events:

Morro Street (between Higuera and Monterey)

Broad Street (between Higuera and Monterey)


If you are looking to host an event that will have vendors selling things, please contact farmers@downtownslo.com to discuss your options.

Event Rental Rates:
$500 (March through October) - For information-only events (no selling)

$400 (November through February) - For information-only events (no selling)

$750 (Year-round) - For events selling 

Event organizers must hold their own insurance that covers themselves and anyone else participating as part of their group.

Events must also hold certificates of insurance that list Downtown SLO and the City of SLO as additionally insured. We will only request these documents if the event is approved.
