This whimsical piece, featuring a cat, a violin, and the moon arranged in a precarious balancing act, is based on the English nursery rhyme “Hey, Diddle Diddle.” The piece was part of the Downtown Association’s Revolving Art Program for several years. The City purchased the piece with public art funds in 2003.
